Terms of Service

The service

SnapPerfect creates product images and videos from your photos with AI. It is an early test: features, limits and prices may change, and the service may be unavailable at times.

Your account

• Use a real email address and keep your password to yourself.
• One account per person. Do not create accounts in bulk or with scripts.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Sparks

Sparks are free credits for creating images and videos. They have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. If a generation fails, its sparks return automatically. We may change how many sparks new accounts receive and how much each result costs.

Your photos and results

• Upload only photos you own or have the right to use.
• You keep your rights in your photos. You allow us to store and process them, including sending them to our AI provider, only to run SnapPerfect for you.
• You may use the results for your listings, store and marketing, as long as you respect the law and other people's rights.
• AI can get details wrong. Check that every result shows your product truthfully before you publish it, and follow the rules of the marketplaces you sell on.

What you must not do

• Create illegal, sexual, hateful or violent content, or content involving minors.
• Infringe trademarks, copyrights or other people's rights, or impersonate someone.
• Make images that mislead buyers about what they will receive.
• Try to break security, bypass limits, overload the service or collect other users' data.

Suspension

We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or abuse free sparks. You can stop using SnapPerfect at any time and ask us to delete your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.

No warranty and liability

SnapPerfect is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for decisions marketplaces make about your listings. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will change the date on this page, and continuing to use SnapPerfect means you accept the new version. Questions: shamillorsanse@gmail.com.
